Our Chapter History

Welcome to the National Charity League, Inc. – Colorado Springs Chapter

When established in 1990, our Colorado Springs Chapter became the first local National Charity League, Inc. chapter.  We were fully chartered in 1997 and have since grown to include a membership of over 200 mothers and daughters.

The Colorado Springs Chapter is comprised of mothers whose daughters are in grades 7-12.  We draw our members from the greater Colorado Springs and El Paso county areas.

The mission of NCL, Inc. is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a nonprofit philanthropic organization committed to:  community service, leadership development and cultural experiences. Your membership in this program will offer opportunities to participate in each of these three areas.  It is our hope that our daughters will develop a greater appreciation of the community values and ideals that our generation holds to be important and worthy of preservation.

In the past year, the Colorado Springs Chapter contributed over 5,000 volunteer hours to our local community in partnership with the following charities:

American Cancer Society……….Care and Share

Children’s Hospital Colorado……..Colorado Springs Downs Syndrome Association…….Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center
